5 This Food Exactly Can Be Fatigue

People with chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), are very important to avoid the following foods.
Not all foods can provide the lasting energy we need. In fact, some foods can make us feel tired shortly after eating them.

For people with chronic fatigue syndrome or chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), such as those suffering from prolonged flu symptoms, persistent fatigue, sore muscles and head, it is important to avoid such foods.

A healthy diet and regular exercise is very important for everyone. But when it comes to CFS, it's important to be careful about what you eat, says Bethany Thayer, RDN, director of the Center for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention at Henry Ford Health System Michigan.

"Some foods can worsen symptoms. So you should avoid it as much as possible, "said Thayer again. These are the five foods you need to eliminate from your dinner table.

Some time after drinking it, you will feel awake. After that, you will feel weak, Thayer said.

Caffeine taken at the wrong time, eg at night, will also interfere with sleep patterns and this will worsen the condition of CFS.

If you are a coffee lover, choose non or low caffeine and limit your consumption to no more than a cup of a day.

Additional sugar

Extra sugar is something that dieters are avoiding. "It's very natural, when we get tired, CFS sufferers feel tired, they want sweet food," Thayer said.

Sugar can increase energy shortly after you consume it, but then cause insulin to drop drastically and you become more tired.

All kinds of sugar work the same way in your body. Whether it's corn syrup, white sugar, red or raw sugar, says Lori Chong, RD, from Ohio State University.

"It not only triggers inflammation but sugar also absorbs many nutrients to be processed by the body."

Replace your food with sugarless food, or you can also add honey or a tablespoon of maple syrup if you want to taste the sweet on your tongue.

Fried food

When food is cooked in hot oil, there will be free radicals in the food, explained Chong. When these free radicals are processed the body, will cause inflammation and trigger symptoms of CFS.

Instead of choosing fried foods, better choose boiled or baked food, Chong advises again.

White rice and pasta

Just like the effects of sugar, high-end foods such as white rice and pasa can increase sugar levels quickly and then lower insulin levels quickly too, says Kim Larson, RDN, spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics.

"We'd better avoid that, because insulin that goes down and up quickly will drain energy and the result is fatigue."

Stabilize your sugar levels by eating fiber-rich foods such as fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds.

Hydrogenated oil

It is difficult to avoid this type of oil because it is present in many products such as margarine, candy, packaging cakes, and average processed foods. Like sugar, hydrogenated oils can cause inflammation that leads to fatigue.

Pay attention to the food label you choose. Use milk instead of cream for your coffee. Instead of snacking candy, better eat dark chocolate.

This is a way to reduce the intake of hydrogenated oils in your diet and keep the CFS from recurring and disrupting your daily activities.
